Ultrasonic welding joins thermoplastic parts with high-frequency vibration, creating a strong bond without adhesives, screws, or added hardware. It is fast, repeatable, and keeps the assembly clean with no glue squeeze-out or fastener heads to hide.

Because it runs in house alongside our presses and our other secondary operations, we can mold, weld, decorate, and assemble without shipping your parts to a third party and adding a week to the schedule.
