We help turn your concept, print, or sample into a part that molds well — supporting product development, design review, and material selection, with tooling coordinated through our toolmaker.

Our engineering support starts well before the first shot. We review your design for manufacturability, looking for the issues that cause trouble later — shrink, warp, sink, gate placement, and wall thickness — so they get solved on paper instead of in steel.

We do not build tooling in house. What we do is connect you with our toolmaker and manage that relationship for you, so you still get a single point of contact from design through production. Whether the tool is new or transferring in from another molder, we handle the coordination.

We also guide material selection, matching resin to the real-world demands of the part — strength, temperature, chemical exposure, UV, flexibility, and cost.
